H uman resource is the most precious resource in an enterprise. And competition for the talents is the fiercest among the enterprises.
     S hanghai Hui De Resin Co., Ltd. has reasonable structure and good managing system on talents. We have 56 staff and workers belonging to technique, market, administration as well as accounting departments respectively. Among the staff and workers, 25 people got university degree or graduated from medium-level technical schools, who are now working whole-heartedly in technique research and development department and other departments with in-charge position. They are all quite able in technical research and management. Meanwhile, technical consultants from Korea, Japan and Taiwan are invited to help form a "west-east" combined and technically specialized talents team.
